We don't mind people talking about us. A lot of our clients say nice things about us and some are so impressed; they take the time to write to us to say how good we are.

The following comments are specifically about us, not some other franchisee who does catering somewhere else in Australia.

The chefs and the staff mentioned here are the same ones who will be coming out to give you the kind of service that prompted these happy customers to write to us to thank us for making their day truly special. Hi David,
Just wanted to say Thank you to Clay and yourself for Saturday night. The engagement party went off great, the food was lovely.
Now for the wedding plans to get under way can you please give me a price for the Banquet Spit Roast that is listed on the website. There will be approximately 60 guests and the wedding is being held at The Old School.

I want to thank you very much for the wonderful service we received from Crackle'n'Spit for our Christmas in July today. I received nothing but positive feedback from all of our 41 guests (that should be 42 counting myself!).

Thank you so much to Steven for all of his help in catering for so many folk that are in their later years (many over 80+ and one in her 90's). I had nothing but positive feedback.

Dear David,

How could I possibly have doubted you? The weather for my party on Sunday was superb – as were the rest of the catering arrangements. Clay was absolutely great – efficient, unobtrusive, and very easy to get on with. My guests were very impressed with the quality and generosity of the meal (and so was I). The meal was ready 5 minutes early, and Clay packed up and disappeared without causing a ripple. It was a wonderful day and I want to thank you so much for making it so easy all along! Your organisation is great.

Just a short note to let you know how happy we were with the service provided at Hannam Vale on Saturday night (I know you had two events to cater).

The gentleman (Phil if my memory serves me correctly) who catered was extremely efficient and professional and did a fantastic job. Many people were amazed that he was able to bring it all together single handedly. The food was great; I was also pleasantly surprised to see the salads prepared on site as I had expected they would have been pre prepared. I was asked by two people for details of your business with future events in mind.

I was also surprised to discover the leftover food wrapped and stored in the fridge when I went into the kitchen to do exactly that; effort such as that makes a big difference.

We had a great night and did not have to give any thought to what was going on in the background with respect to meal prep and service.

We just want to say that your service and food on our wedding day July 4 at Woopi was fabulous. It was the perfect finish to a wonderful wedding.
