Spit Roasted

Your choice of two from Beef, Pork and Lamb, at least 3 Salads or Steamed Vegetables or a mixture of the two, Bread Rolls and Butter, Gluten Free Gravy, Sauces, Condiments and Disposable Tableware.

Served Buffet Style.

Always ask if your spit roast will be cooked on a rotating spit. It is important to know that unlike other caterers, all our spit roasting is done on a revolving spit, you aren't just having a lump of roasted meat. As the spit turns the meat cooks slowly in front of the flames and the fat runs out of the meat leaving it juicy, tender and perfect. Static roasting just doesn't compare. If it doesn't rotate it isn't a REAL spit, the meat is NOT spit roasted and the meal won't taste the same. Why settle for second best, we offer real Spit Roast catering, because we are the real spit roast professionals.

One of our six spit roasting ovens which can cook any combination of pork, beef and lamb at the same time. The meat is suspended above the flames as spit roasts should be.

Our static roasting oven roasts chickens, potatoes and vegetables for a total baked dinner and even heats finger foods on site.
