EXAMPLES OF MENUS

Succulent Spit Roast Menu

A two course no fuss meal designed to cater for large numbers without breaking the bank.

MAIN MEAL – You choose two meats.

Spit Roast Beef, Lamb or Pork, carved and served with rich homemade gravy and apple or mint sauce. Chat potatoes cooked with fresh mint and smothered in melted butter.

SALADS – Three freshly prepared.

Coleslaw, Curried Rice and Mediterranean Pasta Salad.

BREADS

A selection of fresh bread rolls or French bread sticks with butter.

DESSERTS - Your choice of up to two of the following:

Chocolate or Orange Cake, New York Cheese Cake or Profiteroles each served with lashings of cream.

Buffet Service.      Disposable Tableware.

Banquet Spit Roast Menu

A meal fit for the Royal court.

STARTERS  - Platter service or Buffet. Select any five:

Canapés, Chicken Wings, Beef Strips, Crab Cakes, Salmon Quiche, Chicken Quiche, Curried Chicken Puffs, Middle Eastern Meatballs, Frittata Bites.

MAIN MEAL – You choose two meats.

Cold Meat Platters consisting of Rare Roast Beef, Roasted Chicken, Virginia Ham and slices of assorted Quiche, including Vegetarian for those that don't want meat.

Caesar, Whole Grain Mustard Potato, Wom Bok, Orange and Lettuce, or Tossed Garden Salad.

1.    Potato Skins with Bacon, Mushroom, Cheese & Sour Cream filling.

2.    Chicken Wings marinated with Green Peppercorns.

3.    Marinated Beef Strips with dipping sauce.

4.    Curried Chicken Puffs with Plum dipping sauce.

5.    Canapés with many assorted toppings available.

6.    Vol au Vents with many assorted fillings available.

7.    Mini Chicken Quiche.

8.    Salmon Quiche.

9.    Mid Eastern Meatballs with Spicy dipping sauce.

A wholesome and substantial start to the day. As with all our menus, we will come to your venue (wherever that is), set up our equipment and prepare a full and hearty meal. At the end, there is no cleaning up for you to do as we take everything with us leaving you to enjoy the rest of your morning.

Fruit Juice and Fresh Fruit Salad.

MAIN COURSE                   

Bacon, Eggs and Tomatoes.

TO FOLLOW                       

Toasts and Spreads.

Fresh Brewed Coffee and a range of different Teas.

A simple and fun meal for any occasion when we come to you with our famous Baked Potato Oven.  Let your guests choose whatever filling they want on their “gourmet spuds”.                

HOT FILLINGS    

Beef Stroganoff, Chicken Supreme, Chili Bean Vegetable Surprise, Bolognaise                  

 COLD FILLINGS    

Grated Cheese, Sour Cream, Coleslaw     

Can be served on its own as a very economical meal from just $13 per head or with desserts for a little more.
