Select the meal, the service and the tableware you require to suit your function and your budget.

We will give you a written quote and once you book, we will send you a confirmation including a detailed breakdown of your menu, your meal times and the services we will be providing. We will then contact you to confirm final numbers eight days before the function and we will bring all the equipment required on the day.

We will arrive at the venue and start preparing your meal about three or four hours prior to the time it is required. This allows time to set up the ovens and commence the cooking of the main meals as well as preparing the fresh salads and desserts.

Food will be served on time and once the meal has been served we will start to pack up our equipment. When we leave we will take everything we brought with us, apart from remaining food, which will be left for your guests to continue enjoying if you wish.
