We are a family owned business and believe in creating gourmet homestyle foods. Our Burgers, Bacon & Egg Rolls & Steak Sandwiches are the best in the region and we have over 20 years of burger making experience.
 
For those with a sweet tooth come in and try our decadent desserts all made fresh on premises following recipes handed down through 3 generations. If you wish to purchase a full size family dessert we do take orders.
 
For those with a busy lifestyle why not pick up a take home family size Quiche, Lasagne or Pie. We also offer home-stlye gourmet salads to complete the perfect meal.

HEALTH AND HYGIENE

All food preparation is carried out in our council health department approved kitchens. Very few caterers have the facilities we do, or offer such a high standard of cleanliness in all stages of the preparation of the food we produce.

Through our retail premises at Chequers on Lord in Port Macquarie we can arrange free local delivery of our gourmet foods and sandwiches, or cater for business meetings, conferences or office lunches with the minimum of advanced notice.
